Belmont Senior Care often has immediate openings in both the Alzheimer's home and the Frail & Elderly Assisted Living Homes. All beds are available for female or male residents, and Belmont Senior Care accepts both private pay and Medicaid reimbursement payment through the HCBS-EBD program. (Most beds are Medicaid certified.)

Bedrooms are private and furnished, although residents can choose to bring their own furniture and decorate the room to give it their own personal touch.

Rates:

Private pay rate:

• Frail & Elderly Homes: $2,775.00 per month*.
• Alzheimer's Home: $3,375.00 per month*.

Both costs are inclusive of the full service package, consisting of meals (three per day), snacks (three per day), and assistance with personal care, which includes bathing, dressing, medication oversight, laundry service, and scheduled home and community based activities.

The Alzheimer's home provides specialized Alzheimer's or dementia-related diagnosed residents with structured care in a small, comfortable environment.

Respite Care Program:

Belmont Senior Care can arrange short term stays for a 24-hour period for several days or weeks. This program works out great for caregivers and/or families who need short-term relief.  An assessment is required prior to participation in this program.  All same requirements for Respite Care.

Cost:

• $120 per day* for our Frail & Elderly Assisted Living homes.
• $150 per day* for our Alzheimers home.

All services are provided as defined in the Assisted Living homes.
